By using Dispanonto's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Dispanonto provides professional removal and transportation services throughout the United Kingdom, including but not limited to:
- Residential and commercial moving services
- Packing and unpacking services
- Storage solutions
- Specialized item moving (pianos, antiques, etc.)
- Man and van services
3. Booking and Quotes
3.1 Quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual services required and conditions encountered during the move.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
Services are booked upon receipt of signed agreement and any required deposit. Bookings are subject to availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about items to be moved
- Ensuring access to both pickup and delivery locations
- Disclosing any hazardous or valuable items
- Being present or having an authorized representative during the move
- Providing adequate parking and access for our vehicles
5. Prohibited Items
We cannot transport:
- Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive substances)
- Perishable food items
- Live plants (for long-distance moves)
- Personal documents (recommended to transport separately)
- Jewelry and valuable items (unless specifically arranged)
- Illegal items or substances
6. Insurance and Liability
6.1 Standard Coverage
Basic insurance coverage is included with all moves. Additional coverage options are available upon request.
6.2 Limitations
Our liability is limited to the declared value of items and terms specified in the moving agreement. We are not liable for:
- Items packed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to inherent vice
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
- Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote
- Late payment may result in storage charges and interest
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled move: No charge
- Cancellations 24-48 hours before: 50% of estimated cost
- Cancellations less than 24 hours: Full estimated cost
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or severe weather conditions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation between parties
- Mediation if necessary
- Arbitration under UK law if mediation fails
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
